For the past 4 days, I’ve been having a delicious, yet healthy breakfast. I know, it’s beyond me to eat that healthy for that long, but, hey, it’s delicious! It’s also been a snack, lunch and supper! Think you’re getting the idea of how much I LOVE it?
Well, here it is!
It’s absolutely delicious, healthy and easy to make! I used 1 banana, about 6 strawberries and more or less 1 cup of plain yoghurt—with a tiny bit of orange juice to flavor the yoghurt, and a generous drizzle of honey to sweeten things up a bit! Oh, did I mention how delicious it is?!
